I could waste a bunch of space and retype the recipe right here; but I think I would rather refer you to the Channel 4 homepage where you can find not only Mike's ribs but my Potato-Corn Patty that serves as its accompaniment.
And I do wholeheartedly recommend that you head off to Sam's or Winn-Dixie or Rouses or Lishman's and buy a couple racks of ribs so that you can do this recipe right away.
Now, once you make them for your family (or whomever it is you regularly cook for), drop me a comment here or send me an e-mail letting me know what you think. I'd be interested in your feedback.
Oh, and here's something else I wanted to include in this blog--if there is any subject you'd like me to blog about, don't be reluctant to request I do it. I want to make sure you get what you want.
