What if you found in the freezer you were "cleaning out" a 2-pound bag of king crab claws, a 3-pound bag of peeled 21-25 count shrimp, a 1-pound bag of okra, a dozen little Smokies, a tub of mirapoix (onions, celery, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, and shallots), a container of rich homemade seafood stock, a plastic bag of prepared dark roux, and even a Glad Storage Box of frozen cooked rice.  I'll tell you what!  You got all the fixins on hand for a dynamite seafood gumbo.  Go to my Channel 4 website blog, get the recipe, and make a batch for your family and friends.  --Chef Frank
