I wish I had come up with the recipe and the methodology, but it was my ol' friend Mike Sanders who perfected what would ordinarily be called "just a BBQ baby back rib recipe." And to be perfectly "frank," as the song from one of the 007 movies goes, "Nobody Does It Better."
