 Frank Davis, Sportsman

Frank Davis is a talented outdoorsman and broadcaster whose "Fishin' Game Report" on WWL-Channel 4 television has entertained and delighted television audiences for almost 30 years. Frank started his career with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries in the Information and Education Department as the editor of the department's magazine, "The Louisiana Conservationist." Leaving Wildlife & Fisheries, Frank began his broadcast career at WWL-AM Radio in the late 70's, but moved onto WWL-TV in 1981. Currently he is the host of "The Fishin' Game Report" which airs Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Fridays at 6 a.m. Over the years, Frank has authored hundreds of magazine articles  for a variety of hunting and fishing publications and is still on the staff of "Louisiana Cooking" magazine In addition to his expertise as a true, native Louisiana sportsman Frank is a widely recognized chef and hosts "In The Kitchen With Frank Davis," also on WWL-TV every Tuesday morning.   He also writes, produces, and stars in his long-running human interest feature "Naturally N'Awlins" on WWL-TV every Wednesday and Friday at 6 pm. And if all that isn't enough to keep him constantly busy, Frank has also authored 4 best-selling cookbooks and a new fisherman's handbook . . .all that in addition to creating his own line of 15 gourmet New Orleans flavored seasonings.
